“Giftedness is not what you do or how hard you work. It is who you are. You think differently. You experience life intensely. You care about injustice. You seek meaning. You appreciate and strive for the exquisite. You are painfully sensitive. You are extremely complex. You cherish integrity. Your truth-telling has gotten you in trouble. Should 98% of the population find you odd, seek the company of those who love you just the way you are. You are not broken. You do not need to be fixed. You are utterly fascinating. Trust yourself!”

  2. Shelley,
Thanks for stopping by! I think I have lost my mind with all this going on. I really need to be focussing on settling my mom's estate and taking care of business! I guess you could say I use blogging as my "outlet" and right now I am keeping it going at full tilt. Can't wait to see what you share for the facebook frenzy! Have a great weekend!

  4. Why Patti! How kind of you. I would love to see a huge network of Canadian teacher bloggers. Just today I was trying to find some Ontario based author's on TpT and comparatively there are very, very few. I know that there is an audience for great teacher content in Canada...we're just so darned nice! I really appreciate the Canadian Teacher Blogger Award, and I look forward to "paying it forward". Your thoughtfulness has touched me. Stay tuned for more Canadian content:)
